How long it takes for delivery?

The Wave Doctor offers Premium Quality Hair Products. All Products are thoroughly inspected before shipping. Please be patient as we are working as fast as possible to get orders out in a timely matter.

*During The Holidays please allow 7-14 business days for orders to ship as they will be in high demand around that time.

Priority/Express Shipping -1-2 business days + 3-5 days processing time

First Class Shipping – 2-3 business days + 3-5 days processing time

*Please note: Delivery times exclude Sunday and public holidays.


International postage times vary greatly depending on which country you are located in. Every countries customs is different and the time of release on your merchandise is based solely on your countries customs. Estimated delivery times for international deliveries below.

First Class Mail International (Canada & United Kingdom) 10-15 days
First Class Mail International (Rest of world) 10-60 days (READ BELOW)

Providing us with error-free shipping and correct billing information will help avoid unnecessary delays and get your merchandise delivered as quickly as possible.

Here are a few tips to keep in mind:

1.) Your billing address must match the address that appears on your monthly credit card or bank statement. Be sure to check your statement for accuracy.

2.) Leave fields blank if they don’t apply to your shipping or billing address. Do not enter “N/A,” “Not applicable”.

3.) Enter information in the appropriate fields. For example, do not enter city and state information in the Address Line 2 field; use the provided city and state fields instead.


It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us thewavedoctorllc@gmail.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it does get returned back to us, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.


All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers at your local USPS in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.


Note: Shipping is not available on Sunday or Public Holidays. Business Days are with the exclusion of Saturday and Sunday. There may be shipping delays due to COVID19. We thank you in advance for your understanding as we continue to serve you. 

Refund Policy

**ABSOLUTELY No refunds available!** Please be sure to double check your order before placing it because we do not issue refunds under any circumstances. If perhaps you were accidentally sent the wrong item then we will most definitely take care of you and resend the correct item. Per hygiene laws and for sanitary purposes, we do not accept exchanges or returns on any hair or body products.
